Returns and Exchanges
Late or missing refunds
We are not able to accept returns and no refunds will be made if:
There is no RMA#. Shipping labels or RMA numbers are placed on the manufacturer's boxes;
The product is not in resalable condition (it is used or damaged);
If your package is returned to the supplier marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", you will be charged for shipping fees. Refunds cannot be made until the package is received back to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
