Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy allows to make returns and exchanges during the first 15 days since you have received your purchase. If 15 days have gone, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for the return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of the purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Before shipping your product, you have to contact us via e-mail or phone 1.855.504.7733. We provide you with a shipping address and RMA number. Please put RMA number on the shipping label or shipping package, not on the original package of the manufacturer.


If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but do not have an apparent damage, it may be considered as defective. Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged while shipping. If you have noticed, there was something wrong with the item while handling - please refuse the delivery. In case you have already accepted delivery and then found out shipping damage, please contact us immediately and provide us with the details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned (photos and videos). Save all packaging materials and paperwork, including instruction manuals. The item may be replaced in that case. Please contact us with the e-mail or phone 1.855.504.7733 and our Customer Service will advise the next steps. Please upload a picture of the damage or defect. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all these operations, but still have not received your refund yet, please contact us with the e-mail or phone 1.855.504.7733.

We are not able to accept returns and no refunds will be made if:

  • There is no RMA#. Shipping labels or RMA numbers are placed on the manufacturer's boxes;
  • The product is not in resalable condition (it is used or damaged);
  • If your package is returned to the supplier marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", you will be charged for shipping fees. Refunds cannot be made until the package is received back to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
